The SECCLO programme and its consortium member universities collect and process the personal data of applicants and selected students in order to fulfill the letter of the contract between SECCLO and EACEA, for example, in order to process the SECCLO applications or to arrange teaching.
Data processing may also be carried out under national legal obligations of our consortium member universities. These legal obligations include e.g. registering of study rights, enrollment to the university, and transferring studies and completed degrees to a national registry. The data can be made available to the SECCLO consortium member universities, EACEA, the European Commission, the European External Action Service staff, as well as to other stakeholders of the Erasmus+ programme, such as Erasmus+ National Agencies, National Erasmus+ Offices and the Erasmus Mundus Student and Alumni Association.
